Eileen Howells & Ed Columbus of Venture Training are thanked by Marty Armstrong.  Our club met & had a catered breakfast at their facility.  We heard how five people, in 1955, started helping adults with various challenges, growing programs & facilities that now serve clients through employment in a variety of business enterprises, supplemented by training & counseling.  Employment both on & off site includes landscape maintenance, recycling, bicycle repair & sales, making school lunches, & production of wood products, such as pallets, survey pins, markers, etc.  Some Rotarians enjoyed a tour of the facilities after breakfast.
